1on1 Lite help
1on1Lite is uniquely both free email client software and also free email service provider. The integration of software and service enables 1on1 to offer unique features and benefits. 1on1 is a truly secure environment offering fast reliable email with tracking and military spec encryption. Despite being feature rich, 1on1 is simple to use both for ordinary email but more importantly as a secure channel environment. The following pages illustrate the simplicity in use of 1on1 as well as its rich feature set. Features: 1on1 Lite user-interface Login: 1on1Lite is a secure environment so it always prompts you for a password whenever you load it on your system (system startup or going online). If you leave 1on1 open on your desktop and inactive, after a period it closes itself and requires a password to be reopened.

| Taskbar: It is best to leave 1on1 on your taskbar when not in active use. When 1on1Lite is left on your taskbar it monitors your mail at intervals and will inform you when new mail is available. In your preferences you can set 1on1 to either automatically open (pop up) when mail comes in or for it to remain on your task bar in which case the butterfly icon on your taskbar will change colour and flap its wings when mail is waiting. (note that when it remains blue but flaps it is checking your mail). |
